Portokalopita (Greek Orange Pie)
Our absolute favourite dessert at Krema Bakehouse, Portokalopita is a recipe passed down through generations and deeply rooted in the owner’s childhood. Rich with citrus and warmth, it carries the nostalgia of home and remains his most treasured of his mother’s creations. From the very beginning, it has held a special place at Krema. Nearly four years on, guests travel from across Scotland and the UK specifically to experience it. If you haven’t yet tried our Portokalopita, it’s an essential taste of who we are.
Banana & Hazelnut Praline Stuffed Cookies
A deeply comforting creation, our banana cookie dough is gently spiced and baked to a soft, indulgent finish. While we introduce seasonal flavours throughout the year, a selection of our most popular buns remains available year-round because some favourites deserve a permanent place on the counter.
Dubai Chocolate Cookies
Inspired by one of the most celebrated flavour combinations worldwide, our Dubai Chocolate Cookies have quickly become a Krema favourite. A rich chocolate cookie dough encases a generous filling of crisp kataifi pastry folded through smooth pistachio, creating a contrast of textures that is both indulgent and refined. Our Tsoureki is a spiced Greek brioche, flavoured with mastiha and mahlepi for its unique, aromatic taste. Each loaf is cut and filled with a variety of delicious fillings, then finished with a smooth chocolate coating.
